    The Carolers At My Door was chosen as the winner of Garrison Keillor’s Christmas Carol Contest in 1989, when Mallonée was 14.  It was premiered on "A Prairie Home Companion" by the Gregg Smith Singers.  The carol was arranged for chorus and orchestra and performed by the Baltimore Choral Arts Society in 1990.  


    It was recorded on the Baltimore Choral Arts Society's 1993 CD Christmas with the Choral Arts and is included on Garrison Keillor’s A Christmas Companion.  It has been performed by choirs across the country.
